2006 Tour Stop 1 :
DUB Magazine's Car Show & Concert : February 19 - Los Angeles, CA :: 27,000 Attendees
History was made on Sunday February 19th as the largest DUB® Magazine car show ever was unleashed at the Los Angeles Convention Center! Over 27,000 attendees crowded the convention center to see hundreds of the hottest rides and top hip hop talent. The most popular vehicles at the show include the new DUB Edition versions of the 2007 Cadillac Escalade, 2006 Jeep Commander, 2006 Buick Lucerne, 2006 Mercedes-Benz S550, and much more. Over on the opposite side of the auto show floor was the main stage where multi-platinum selling artists Mike Jones, Slim Thug, Paul Wall, and Xzibit rocked the capacity crowd. Every DUB® show is a star-studded affair and the tour kick-off was no different. Roaming the aisles of the show were the Black Eyed Peas, USC's Reggie Bush, Model Vida Guerra, Power 106's Big Boy, and many others.

DUB Magazine's Car Show & Concert : April 23 - Miami, FL :: 16,000 Attendees
The Miami Beach Convention Center was ground zero for one of the biggest automotive shows the city has ever seen! 16,000+ attendees crowded the venue to see hundreds of the hottest rides, exhibits, and top hip hop talent. The most popular vehicles at the show included the new DUB Edition versions of the 2007 Cadillac Escalade, 2006 Jeep Commander, 2006 Buick Lucerne, 2006 Mercedes-Benz S550, 2007 Dodge Caliber, 2007 Chevy Tahoe, and many others. Also debuting at the show was the world's first 30" wheel and tire set from TIS Wheels and Pirelli Tires worth over $150k on MTV's Bam Margera's H2! Over on the opposite side of the auto show floor was the main stage where multi-platinum selling artists Mike Jones, Slim Thug, and Paul Wall rocked the crowd. On the Pepsi Street Motion Tour stage 2, the crowd was treated to an amazing array of performances and battles in the Battlegrounds as Jin tha MC and the Beat Junkies hosted the exhibition. DUB Magazine's Car Show & Concert : May 7 - Memphis, TN :: 12,000 Attendees
The Cook Convention Center was home to the first ever DUB Magazine show in Memphis as 12,000+ attendees crowded the venue to see hundreds of the south's hottest rides, exhibits, and top hip hop talent. The most popular vehicles at the show included the new DUB Edition versions of the 2007 Cadillac Escalade, 2006 Jeep Commander, 2006 Buick Lucerne, 2007 Dodge Caliber, 2007 Chevy Tahoe, and many others. Also debuting at the show and on the tour is the world's first production 30" wheel and tire set from TIS Wheels and Pirelli Tires - displayed on New York Jets star Dewayne Robinson's Hummer H2!

The 4th stop of the DUB Tour landed in the ATL this past Sunday as 13,000+ attendees stormed through the vast Georgia International Convention Center to see hundreds of the hottest rides, exhibits, and a monster concert line-up of hip-hop's best. The most popular vehicles at the show included the new DUB Edition versions of the 2007 Cadillac Escalade, 2006 Jeep Commander, 2006 Buick Lucerne, 2007 Dodge Caliber, 2007 Chevy Tahoe, and many others. Also debuting at the show and on the tour is the world's first production 30" wheel and tire set from TIS Wheels and Pirelli Tires!
The amazing customs are only half the story - the concert stage was set-up for back to back performances by Mike Jones, Slim Thug, Paul Wall, and Dem Franchise Boyz. And that wasn't all - surprise performances by Big Boi and the Purple Ribbon All-Stars, Young Jeezy, and Trillville set the place on fire. The 5th stop of the DUB Tour landed in Charlotte this past Sunday as 15,800 attendees nearly tore the walls down at the Charlotte Convention Center to see hundreds of the hottest rides, exhibits, and a concert line-up of hip-hop's best. The most popular vehicles at the show included the new DUB Edition versions of the 2007 Cadillac Escalade, 2006 Jeep Commander, 2006 Buick Lucerne, 2007 Dodge Caliber, 2007 Chevy Tahoe, and many others. TIS Wheels launched the new TISModular line of multi-piece wheels and the world's first production 30" wheel and tire set with Pirelli Tires - but that wasn't all. Giovanna wheels also chose the DUB show in Charlotte to debut their new monster 30" wheel, also available now with Pirelli Tires!

The 6th stop of the DUB Tour landed in Minneapolis this past Sunday as 13,600 attendees jam packed the Minneapolis Convention Center to see hundreds of the hottest rides, exhibits, and a concert line-up of hip-hop's best. Tour regulars and most popular vehicles at the show included the new DUB Edition versions of the 2007 Cadillac Escalade, 2006 Jeep Commander, 2006 Buick Lucerne, 2007 Dodge Caliber, 2007 Chevy Tahoe, and many others. Alpine's insane Sinister 6 also wowed the crowd. TIS Wheels new TISModular line of multi-piece wheels was on display as well as their world's first production 30" wheel and tire set with Pirelli Tires!

McCormick Place was home to one of the largest stops on the tour as 15,000+ attendees came out to see Chicago's finest rides, sponsor exhibits, and top hip hop talent. The most popular vehicles at the show included the new DUB Edition versions of the 2007 Cadillac Escalade, 2006 Jeep Commander, 2006 Buick Lucerne, 2007 Dodge Caliber, 2007 Chevy Tahoe, and many others. The Bayside Expo Center was ground zero to one of the biggest car shows to have ever taken place in Boston! DUB Magazine's first ever Boston event brought out over 14,000 attendees to see some of the finest rides, elaborate sponsor exhibits, and top hip hop talent. It was one of the few places to catch a glimpse of the new DUB Edition versions of the 2007 Cadillac Escalade, 2006 Jeep Commander, 2006 Buick Lucerne, 2007 Dodge Caliber, 2007 Chevy Tahoe, and many others. Also on display were the world's first production 30" wheel and tire set from TIS Wheels and Pirelli Tires as well as the new TIS Modular multi-piece wheels.
Heating up the already sweltering summer day was the main concert stage where multi-platinum selling artists and tour regulars Slim Thug and Paul Wall rocked the crowd as well as special guest performer Gravy. On the Pepsi Street Motion Tour stage 2, hip-hop culture was well represented by performances and battles in the Pepsi Battlegrounds as local radio station talent hosted the exhibition. Special guest and hip-hop legend DMC also made an appearance and signed autographs of his new DUB magazine cover feature! DUB Magazine's Car Show & Concert : July 23 - Edison, NJ :: 8,300 Attendees
The New Jersey Expo Center was home to the 10th stop of the DUB show tour - as over 8,300 attendees came to see some of the finest rides and exhibits as well as the unique chance to hang with some amazing celebrities. That also makes it one of our all time most successful car show only events! It's one of the few places to catch a glimpse of the new DUB Edition versions of the 2007 Cadillac Escalade, 2006 Jeep Commander, 2006 Buick Lucerne, 2007 Dodge Caliber, 2007 Chevy Tahoe, and many others. Also on display were the world's first production 30" wheel and tire set from TIS Wheels and Pirelli Tires as well as the new TIS Modular multi-piece wheels.
The Edison show was also the only show stop on the tour to not include any concert performances, but that didn't stop celebrities such as Paul Wall, DMC, Vida Guerra, Bernard Hopkins, and the Unique Whips crew from coming out and signing autographs at the sponsor displays. The Pepsi Street Motion Tour stage featured top DJ talent from tour regular DJ Lady Tribe and special guest DJ Clue.

Motor City was the 11th stop of the DUB Custom Car Show Tour! The 14th stop of the DUB Car Show Tour tour took place in St. Louis this past Sunday as over 13,500 fanatics crowded the Americas Center to see the hottest rides and hip hop talent. It was also opening weekend for the Rams which brought the entire town out to the streets. Thanks to all those who braved the traffic and parking madness to attend the show. On display at the show were many new car debuts including the all new 2007 Lincoln Navigator L and the new DUB Edition versions of the 2007 Cadillac Escalade, 2006 Jeep Commander, 2006 Buick Lucerne, 2007 Dodge Caliber, 2007 Chevy Tahoe, 2007 Chrysler Aspen and many others. DUB Magazine's Car Show & Concert : September 24 - San Mateo, CA. :: 16,500 Attendees
The 2006 DUB Custom Auto Show tour continues to blaze on as the 15th stop took place in San Mateo this past Sunday with over 16,500 bay area fanatics filling the San Mateo Expo Center to it's capacity to see the hottest custom rides and all-star hip hop talent. Many thanks to all those who braved the traffic and parking crunch to attend one of the largest shows on this year's schedule.
On display at the show were many new car debuts including the all new 2007 Lincoln Navigator L and the new DUB Edition versions of the 2007 Cadillac Escalade, 2006 Jeep Commander, 2006 Buick Lucerne, 2007 Dodge Caliber, 2007 Chevy Tahoe, 2007 Chrysler Aspen and many others. Continuing to wow tour attendees were the world's first production 30" wheel and tire set from TIS Wheels and Pirelli Tires as well as the new TIS Modular multi-piece wheels. Pirelli Tires also chose the DUB show in San Mateo to unveil their new Diablo XXL ultra-wide Z-rated sportbike tire - the only ultra-wide motorcycle tire with a 150-plus mph speed rating (read on below for more information).

DUB Magazine's Car Show & Concert : November 19 - San Diego, CA. :: 15,000 Attendees
DUB Magazine held it's final show for 2006 this past Sunday November 19th. The 16th stop of the DUB Custom Auto Show & Concert took place in San Diego with over 15,000 DUB fans filling the San Diego Convention Center to it's capacity to see the nation's hottest custom rides, celebrities, and all-star hip hop talent.
The entire tour was a great showcase for the DUB Edition custom vehicle line-up. DUB Edition versions of the 2006 Jeep Commander, 2007 Dodge Caliber, 2007 Chevy Tahoe, 2007 Chrysler Aspen, 2007 Dodge Nitro, 2006 Buick Lucerne, 2007 Cadillac Escalade and many others highlighted the show floor. The San Diego stop was also home to many of the tour's best rides which you can browse through in the complete show gallery.
The concert line-up alone was worth the price of admission as multi-platinum selling artists and hip hop legends came together for the tour finale. Slim Thug, Paul Wall, Lil' Scrappy, Federation, Jamie Kennedy & Stu Stone, Too Short, and Xzibit performed their current hits and new exclusive tracks off of their forthcoming albums. Special guests Christina Milian, Rick Gonzales, and Chris Brown kept lines wrapped around the show signing autographs and meeting eager show attendees. All show performers and hosts were on hand for autographs at our sponsor's exhibits. Other celebrity guests were roaming the show floor including home town star linebacker Shawne Merriman from the Chargers and several others.
