Lotec is planning to release an updated model of the Sirius German supercar next year. The image above is one of the preview sketches of the vehicle. The car is expected to maintain its carbon fiber over tubular steel-frame construction. The model that was first released had a Mercedes-Benz 6.0L V12 engine and was available in a variety of performance levels from 850-hp to 1,200-hp. Lotec claimed that the Sirius supercar had a 0-60mph time of 3.8 seconds and a top speed of 242 mph. No official specifications have been released but the new version is not expected to have the V12 engine.
